The **Business Operations Manager** will be a key leader in driving Malabie Infinitum’s growth by overseeing and optimizing daily operations, financial planning, human resources, and customer engagement. This role requires an individual with advanced expertise in operations, business administration, and strategic leadership. The Business Operations Manager will play an essential role in ensuring that our company operates efficiently, profitably, and ethically. - **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Serve as a key liaison between property management, e-commerce, marketing, HR, and tech operations, ensuring cohesive strategies and alignment across teams.
- **Process Optimization and Innovation**: Continuously review and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, minimize costs, and improve service quality. Lead automation efforts and workflow optimization to support scalability.
- **Performance Metrics and Goal Setting**: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility, establish benchmarks, and monitor progress. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and meet business objectives.

2. **Property Management and Customer Experience**
- **Portfolio Oversight**: Manage Malabie Infinitum’s portfolio of rental properties, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and profitability. Develop policies that standardize high-quality service across properties.
- **Tenant and Client Communication**: Oversee communication with tenants, guests, and clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Handle escalations and ensure a positive, consistent customer experience.
- **Vendor and Contractor Management**: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure high-quality service. Establish contracts and vendor agreements that support the company’s goals.
- **Customer Feedback and Experience**: Analyze client and customer feedback to identify trends and improve services. Implement processes that enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and improve retention.

3. **Financial Management and Reporting**
- **Comprehensive Financial Oversight**: Oversee invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
