**Job Summary**:
Currently we are looking for a Senior recruitment advisor in Cape Town to be part of our global team
working together towards our vision - Improving our future. As our Senior recruitment advisor you
will be responsible for critical end -to-end recruitment process at the Regional office, but also assist
in other global recruitment processes.
- Source talent through databases, Job portals and various Social Media platforms.

**Experience and Qualification Required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment in international companies, recruitment agencies
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Expert understanding of HRIS systems, recruitment portals and recruitments tests
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous recruitment experience in Engineering essential
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
- Resilient and adaptable
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Sound knowledge of MSOffice
