Westfalia Fruit Estates, situated in Tzaneen has a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced**:Health and Safety Administrator**

**Requirements**:
**Purpose of the role**:
To provide administrative support to the Occupational Health and Safety department staff as directed by the incumbent superiors. The focus of the role will be on office management, office co-ordination and communication. The incumbent will further be responsible for assisting with developing and compiling departmental reports and templates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain work rosters and people & culture documentation for the team
- Maintain various tracking and monitoring systems perform stock counts and prepare reports and presentations with statistical data.
- Oversee stationery supplies, housekeeping, and submit maintenance requests
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage bookings for training and conference rooms.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and compile travel reconciliations

**Education**:

- National Diploma in office management or equivalent

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years in similar role
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system e.g. SAP, AX, D365

**Behavioural Competencies**
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work effectively as part of a larger team
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Organising and coordinating skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
