**Responsibilities**:
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers, upselling products, and closing sales.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, ensuring you can effectively demonstrate their features and benefits to customers.
Handle customer queries and concerns, suggesting appropriate solutions and escalate issues as necessary.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay up to date on new products and sales techniques.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

**Requirements**:
NQF 4 Equivalent, Matric Certificate or Higher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
