Main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support and assistance to the People & Culture Department. Ensure effective, accurate and timeous processing of all administrative tasks and responsibilities assigned to the position and specific region and stores._

**Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Full onboarding of employees
- Processing and administering Disciplinary processes: AWOLS, MTA, Dismissals, resignations, Dismissals, etc.
- Compiling DOL visit documents
- Processing and administering IOD processes
- Benefits administration
- Recruitment and selection
- Provide administrative support to Training and Development department
- Maintain LMS systems & portals
- Appointments, increases, transfers, etc.
- Reception relief

**Essential Qualifications**:

- HR Diploma/Degree
- 2- 5 Year's of HR experience within the a fast paced environment

**Must have Attributes**:

- Highly motivated with innate energy levels, an acquiring mind and a passion for excellence
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure
- Critical thinking ability
- Flexible, adaptable and Pro-active
- High level of integrity
- Reliable and dependable
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
