- Schedule and ensure timely servicing of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and any incident reports.
- Follow assigned routes and adhere to time schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage to management immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a driver (corporate or commercial setting preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and road safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Physically fit and able to sit and drive for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when necessary.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Defensive driving training or certification.
- Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning apps.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and dependable.
- Polite and courteous demeanor.
