**Role Overview**:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our team. If you are passionate about numbers, accuracy, and detail, we would be excited to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily financial transactions and data entry.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
- Handle basic financial data entry and reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year(s) of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Syspro.
- Skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and standards.
