We are looking for a committed, detail-oriented individual who is ready to step into the world of compliance and risk within a respected insurance company based in the West Rand. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed their studies and has at least one year of working experience in any environment.

No prior experience in compliance or insurance is required — we will teach you the correct way from the start.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Assisting the Compliance and Risk team with day-to-day tasks, reporting, and internal controls
- Supporting audits and the maintenance of internal risk registers
- Managing documentation, data tracking, and version control of key compliance policies
- Learning the legal and ethical frameworks that govern the insurance sector
- Assisting with internal communications around governance, ethics, and regulatory updates

**What You Need to Have**:

- ** Afrikaans as your first language**, with strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- A **completed Matric certificate**
- A **completed Degree** in any field (open to all disciplines)
- At least **one year of working experience** (in any environment)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A structured, proactive, and trustworthy approach
- Confidence working on systems and with basic spreadsheets
- ** Your own reliable transport** (you will need to travel to the West Rand office daily)
- Willingness to undergo **background and reference checks** as part of the process
