Senior debtors clerk required to join our client's team at Head Office level in the hospitality industry.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Checking of ledger entries and bank statements daily
- Report on status of customer payments received daily
- Liaise with responsible Account Manager/Regional Manager to alert them of customer outstandings
- Handle customer queries urgently
- Allocation of both local and foreign payments on Accpac
- Allocate pre-payments correctly and ensure accurate balances are reflected
- Trace unknown bank deposits and allocate to correct debtors account
- Follow correct processes writing off any bad debt
- Produce a debtors age analysis and share with operations management weekly
- Review customer statements prior to sending to customers before deadline
- Filing of all related documents and correspondence manual and electronic within prescribed periods

Desired Experience & Qualification:

- Matric a must
- Tertiary financial qualification advantageous
- Accpac or SAGE 300 experience*

Strong MS Office, advanced Excel

Package & Remuneration:
R15k-R18k CTC per month (including Provident Fund) dependent on qualification and experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
