**Job Description**:
Sales Performance Management: Drive the implementation of a strategy to enhance sales performance | Drive adaption of the Digital Sales Platform, Achieve revenue budgets for building loans, direct channel and digital sales.

Sales and Distribution Planning: Develop the Sales execution strategy and business plan for the Direct Channel and Digital Sales | Sales Opportunity Management: Deepen franchise value through transactional and life cross sell, Establish value based strategy for all leads and sales opportunities within | Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement within regions and external stakeholders

Education

Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
