The role will include:

- Valuing and assessing the saleability of each potential client's business.
- Explaining Benchmark International’s services and their benefits.
- Presenting clients with a variety of exit/growth solutions.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role would be suitable for an experienced commercial property broker who can communicate directly with prospective clients - face-to-face and virtually - to understand their objectives and explain how Benchmark International can assist. Generation of leads and setting of appointments will be managed centrally by our experienced Deal Origination team.

Your specific duties will include:

- Contracting with clients to sell their business.
- Negotiating contract terms.
- Negotiating and collecting fees.
- Providing a completed business engagement package for each signed contract, including financial information, to our Deal Transaction team.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

You must be an energetic and passionate individual with a positive and highly motivated 'can do' attitude, along with a strong desire and ambition to succeed.

It is also vital that you possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as presentation abilities.

Specific experience for the Associate Director position includes:

- Proven professional sales experience.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills/ manner.
- Good numeracy skills with the ability to analyse and interpret financial information.
- Self-motivated with the capability to prioritise workload.

- English and Afrikaans (preferred)
