**About the Role**:
We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy team in Richmond.

The Customer Service Representative will fully support the business by ensuring that the Richmond operations have effective systems and processes in place to maintain the highest level of service to Lineage's customers.

You will need to be self-motivated, with excellent people skills.

**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- commitment to the Lineage core values of Safety, Trust, Respect, Innovation, Bold and Servant Leadership
- looking after Lineage's customers in a timely and professional manner
- maintain stock and inventory for all customers
- data entry and document control of customer orders
- complete customer reporting requirements timely and accurately
- general support and administration requirements for the operations team when required.
- an excellent phone manner and be customer focused
- experience working with warehouse management systems
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- strong attention to detail and record keeping
- an ability to communicate effectively.
