**Role responsibilities**:
**Report directly to Managing Director**: Resources
Business development experience
Building upon existing relationships and maintaining strong new ones. Must have a proven network of relationships
Identifying project opportunities, and collaborating with the team to drive and deliver successful proposals
Preparation and tailoring of capability and technical documentation used in the tender process
Delivering project wins in line with sales targets,
Assisting in a senior role on projects. Ensuring the quality of delivery, as well as the client relationships, remain strong during project execution
Maintain contractual cashflow, budget control, and associated change control on contracts
Assist in conducting risk analysis and reporting on contracts
A team player, willing to collaborate across multiple disciplines, across multiple offices and excelling in the commitment to resolution of complex issues
