**Internal Solar Sales Consultant**

East Rand region of Gauteng

R 180 000.00 CTC per annum + commission

**What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)**

Sell sell sell

Your main purpose is to generate sales from new and existing business.

Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to customers, and following up on leads and quotations. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering customers' questions and sending additional information - you want to make that sale after all

Keeping up with the latest product and service information and updates as well as market feedback.

**What you’ll need**
- Matric
- Diploma or technical certification in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Service Centre Technician or similar role, preferably in the solar industry
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including inverters, PV modules, batteries, and monitoring systems
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic tests, troubleshooting, and repairs of solar systems
- Familiarity with solar installation practices and electrical wiring principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory management
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites when required.
