Overview:
**Data Operations Analyst**

Interpret trends and stop cybercriminals in their tracks.

Are you methodical and detail-oriented? Then join our dynamic Digital Business Innovation team. We use our high-powered tech stack to plan, control and improve data quality throughout the business.

Day to day you’ll build reporting capabilities to identify data quality issues; plan and execute remediation strategies; use ETL tools to extract data; identify, analyse and interpret trends in complex data sets; perform data profiling; monitor systems; and troubleshoot data flow issues.

**Requirements**:
You’ll need:

- To be an experienced Data Analyst or similar (3+ years)
- An understanding of database objects
- To be analytical, with good logic-building and research skills
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite (1+ years)
- Experience with other relational databases (PowerBI, Tableau, SQL Server)
