**Position Summary**:
As a Driver at Chicano’s Customs your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of company and client stock. This includes maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the company vehicle, timely and accurate stock collection and delivery, strict adherence to road rules, completion of the driver tracker, and upholding the overall safety and security of both company and client property. Your role involves a diverse set of tasks, and it is not limited to the items listed below.

**1. Daily Responsibilities**:
**a. Vehicle Cleanliness**:
Ensure the company vehicle is clean and well-maintained both inside and outside to uphold a professional image.

**b. Stock Collection and Delivery**:
Collect and deliver stock efficiently, following the provided schedule and verifying quantities against the inventory list.

**c. Road Rules Compliance**:
Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations and road rules, prioritizing safety and defensive driving practices.

**d. Vehicle Safety Checks**:
Perform routine safety checks on the vehicle before operation, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.

Top up oil, water, and petrol as needed to maintain vehicle performance.

**e. Documentation**:
Keep all necessary documents, including driver's license and vehicle registration, up-to-date and readily available.

Maintain records of fuel purchases with petrol slips.

Maintain records of all stock or any items purchased.

Maintain safekeeping of company documents and credit/payments cards

**f. Additional Responsibilities**:
Fulfill any other duties or responsibilities assigned, such as the completion of the driver tracker.

**2. Completion of Driver Tracker**:
**a. Driver Tracker Entries**:
Accurately record and complete entries in the driver tracker system, providing detailed information on destinations, mileage, and delivery times.

**3. Safety of Company and Client Stock**:
Handle company and client stock with care, ensuring proper securing during transport to prevent damage.

Prioritize the safety and security of both company and client property.

**4. Safety of Company Vehicle**:
Follow a regular maintenance schedule for the company vehicle.

Promptly report any issues with the vehicle to ensure timely repairs.

Note: The driver is required to complete this job card at the end of each workday. Submit the completed form to the manager for review. This document serves as a record of daily activities, adherence to responsibilities, and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Pay: From R6 000,00 per month
