- Proficient in Quality Assurance and Compliance systems and its effective practice
- Work well with teams of people, display high attention to detail, and comfortable dealing with EPCm, various fabricators, execution contractors and AIA
- Able to work under pressure in a varied and dynamic environment within limits of authority and governance.
- Excellent technical and communication skills both written and verbal
- You have a reputation for being quality focused and ensuring strict adherence to specifications.

**What you have done before**:
**Baseline**:

- NQF Level 6 (Trade Test / Red Seal / SAIW)
- 5 years quality experience in a petrochemical environment

**Advantageous**:

- Projects, Procurement

**Exciting Challenges you may face in the role**:

- Being part of a mega project, which is also the first refinery to terminal conversion project in South Africa.
- Contributing to the quality metrics of the project thereby meeting Customer expectations.

**What you will be doing**:
Leverage on your experience and insight to drive the quality management function across all phases of the RTT portfolio specifically:

- Develop RTT Project Quality Plan and Quality Control Plan applicable across the RTT phases and lifecyle
- Ensure formal QA/QC management systems in place
- Standard format of systems maintained
- Ensure QMS information available on the DMS
- Plan internal audit schedule
- Log and action audit findings
- Publish monthly quality indicators
- Lead adoption and management of the handover system for applicable pack per system per area per unit
- Ensure all materials received are inspected and stamped accordingly
