PURPOSE
- As a Finance Business Partner you will be required to develop a framework that will provide financial analysis, support and guidance to Shared Services BU and to improve the accuracy of financial data and systems, and also support and monitor cost, support the management of key contracts, generate in-depth analysis, insight and challenge to support the business planning.

- Cost Centre Managers
- Product Managers
- Customers and Suppliers
- Lenders
- Senior Management & Executives
- ERP Providers
- SARS, PASA, Banks
- Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals.
- Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
- Keep abreast of trends, legislation and best practices within the financial management field and industry in which the company operates in order to optimise service offering and delivery
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities
- Understand the profitability and growth drivers for the business and ensure that the key insights are well understood as far as it relates to the shared services area
