NMT Neuro Medical Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive self-starter to join our team in Krugersdorp as a Junior Debtors Clerk. As a key member of our accounts receivable function, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments collection.

Role and Responsibilities

Debtors Management: Manage the accounts receivable process, including accurate capturing of billing information, processing customer invoices, reconciling accounts, and following up on outstanding payments with customers and third parties

Collections: Follow up on outstanding payments, establish payment arrangements, and process refund requests when necessary

Customer Communication: Liaise with customers regarding cost estimate information, account balances, and payment plans

Reconciliation: Reconcile debtor accounts daily/weekly/monthly to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Financial Reporting: Maintaining accurate financial records

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or administrative position

Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of Excel and Word

Ability to work independently and within a team

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Advantageous - Experience with medical billing software (e.g. Elixir Live & Goodx)
