**Experience required
- End to end Programme Management of phase two carve out for the Towerco (Phase 2 is a project of TowerCo)
- Stakeholder management and SLA/KPI management
- Management of the project costs and budgets
- Proficient use of project templates and tools
- Programme management of all key related activities associated with the project
- Establish project governance, project prioritisation & implementation of best practice
- Review processes and practices to ensure programme is managed efficiently
- Compile detailed forecasts, templates, key milestones, deliverables and logistics planning
- Liaise with different stakeholders and service providers at all levels especially C-suite
- Track progress against goals and prepare status reports / presentations on progress reviews
- Manage project resources, project cost as well as risk management
- Compile business cases where necessary
- Compile and manage budgets motivate and support budget approval process

**Education**
- A relevant qualification Project Management is essential
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years Project Management experience is essential
- Teleco experience is essential
- Proven track record of large scale projects specifically in the Teleco industry
