Financial Adviser

Synfinex BlueStar, part of the Sanlam MO BlueStar division requires the services of experienced financial advisers in the Port Shepstone area. This is a remote work position. Adviser must be able to work from own premises and travel to Richards Bay for meetings when required.
**BENEFITS**
100% share of commission. No salary offered.
Monthly bonus equivalent to a maximum of 3 times monthly premiums.
Training allowance of R 24 000 in total paid to the adviser over a 3 month training period, in addition to any commissions earned.
R 16 000 no interest technology loan available on request.
Unlimited VOIP telephone line.
Potential to recruit and develop own adviser team. A monthly commission override will be paid.
Academic qualification up to CFP level fully subsidized.
Annual bonus available to qualifying advisers.
Digital client interaction and case submission facilitated.
On going training, compliance and admin support provided.
Medical aid, Retirement and group life benefits provided.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
1 year of experience in the long term insurance industry.
RE 5 Certificate for Representatives.
Relevant NQF level 5 qualification.
Drivers license.
Clear credit history.
