**Main Duties (but not limited to)**

**Matters Pertaining Employees**

Daily Process: System or infrastructure Constrains, Bottleneck management, Absenteeism, Leave, Discipline, Training and Change Management

Quoting Priority, Sequencing and Comms coordination with Sales Quoting Team

**ERP - For affected sections**
- System Optimization
- System Business Process mapping and De-risk were applicable
- System accuracy and information integrity
- Planning and compliance to annual financial audits and cycle counts
- Compliance screening

**Operational Coordination**
- Weekend, Weekly, Monthly and Afterhours support
- Priority sequencing and coordination on Parts collections and distribution
- Chasing and Expediting Priorities

**Imports**
- Coordination and obtain international quotes based on strategic requirements
- Oversee and Present imported Quotes for sign off
- Chasing and Expediting Priorities

**Stores**
- Bin Location planning and lay-out management
- Stock Count Planning, Accurate stock with 3% during stock counts
- Pre-screening all PO's for stock consumption prior purchasing external
- Strategic stock keeping with clear Directors pre-approval

**PEX**
- Monthly PEX stock counts and verification
- Monitoring all PEX movement and in WIP
- PEX Serial No Tracking
- PEX Stand invoicing

**Transport**
- Oversee and screen transport quotes for cost effectiveness.
- Risk Management

***Salary R30 000 to R60 000 depending on **experience.
