**Principal Accountabilities**:
Effective strategic planning and managing of the implementation of marketing plans and targeted campaigns for local and imported titles - thereby ensuring that the products resonate with current and potential customers, generating engagement
Pursue opportunities where the Sales Department can interact directly with customers and furnish the sales team with effective sales enablement resources that echo the relevant marketing campaigns
Manage research projects centered on product uptake and public perception
Maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Effective budget management
**Qualifications and Experience**
National Diploma in Marketing or anything equivalent
Significant years of experience in a marketing environment
Knowledge of the education/ education publishing sector
Experience working in global, matrix operating environment
Valid Driver’s license (code B)
**Skills & Knowledge**
Educational publishing industry, marketing theory, fundamentals of marketing strategy, market research, public relations, copy writing, proofreading, project management, event coordination, marketing stock management, product knowledge, printing & design terminology and processes, report writing, presentation skills, SAP, data list management and data capturing, MS office, budget planning, monitoring and control.
