**Testaro Mobile health is seeking to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of a Medical Sales Representative. We are seeking a hands-on Sales Representative with extensive experience in the Medical/Laboratory industry to join our team**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure achievement of sales revenue targets for the defined territory
- Continuously seek and target new clients in various markets
- High emphasis on business development strategies and initiatives to sustain and grow market share with an emphasis on identifying customer value drivers
- Optimize the performance of the sales function through effective strategy development and implementation
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Nurture and further grow relationships with key healthcare professionals and opinion leaders
- Expedite the resolution of client feedback to maximize satisfaction.
- Be the main point of contact for the clients and build rapport with potential account.
- Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity
- Analyse performance of new and existing products
- Position strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience
- Develop human capital through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education
- Identify market trends and shifts and propose directional changes whilst staying abreast of competition status
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports as well as annual forecasts to the executive management team

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Btech/BSc degree in life sciences or a business education.
- At least 5 years sales experience within the Medical/Laboratory industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

In-person, full-time role with basic + Comm (based on sales performance)

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
