Creating/planning individual daily timetables for the kids.

Maintaining a safe environment.

PA Duties

Managing schedules, appointments and calendars.

Booking travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, documents, or presentations.

Managing to-do lists and reminders.

Making reservations.

Organising household staff or maintenance appointments.

Assisting with event planning and hosting.

Handling personal finances

Maintaining confidentiality of private information.
