Tops Manager Required at our Midstream Branch

Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Supervise the day-to-day functioning of the Tops.

2. Overseeing training, staffing, and policy implementation among all Liquor store personnel.

3. Supervision and scheduling of the Tops Staff (Cashiers, Merchandisers, Security etc.)

4. Develop new promotions and create displays for these promotions as required

5. Monitoring inventory and placing orders with vendors as required

6. Regular stock counting to ensure that all products are always available to be sold

7. Ensuring that the sales area is kept clean and customer-friendly

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Grade 12 (required)

2. Extensive knowledge of Wines, Liquors and Spirits (required)

3. FMCG (Retail experience) in a similar role of at least 8 years

4. Must be available to work shifts

5. Computer Literate & Numeracy Skills

6. Ability to work in a team

7. Clear Criminal Record
