While you'll operate primarily behind the scenes in a local market office, your collaboration with the global team will drive high-quality outputs through cross-functional teamwork. Your role will support strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency and accountability in all aspects of our work.

Join our leading creative industry agency as a dedicated Proofreader/Quality Control Specialist. You will ensure that all content is precise, clear, and consistent, collaborating closely with our dynamic team to uphold the highest standards in all materials.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Proofreading and Editing**: Ensure all content is free from grammatical, punctuation, and stylistic errors, maintaining brand consistency across materials.
- **Quality Control**: Develop and enforce rigorous quality control practices to ensure content accuracy and uniformity.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with copywriters, designers, and other team members to align content with brand standards.
- **Content Verification**: Scrutinize facts, figures, and references to ensure accuracy and proper formatting.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain style guides and glossaries to uphold the brand's tone, style, and terminology.
- **Feedback and Training**: Offer constructive feedback and support training for team members to enhance content quality.
- **Documentation**: Keep detailed records of activities and provide actionable content quality reports.

**Qualifications**
- Proven proofreading or quality control experience, especially within an agency or global brand.
- Expertise in grammar, punctuation, and editorial style.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- AI tool management/prompting highly appreciated
- Experience with both digital and print content.
