**Role Overview**:
The **Project Manager and Coordinator** will be a pivotal role at Hanso, responsible for overseeing the successful execution of client projects from inception to completion. This position requires a blend of project management skills and coordination abilities to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, designers, and developers to manage project timelines, resources, and client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**:
- Lead and manage **project lifecycles**, ensuring timely and successful delivery of web design, e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing projects.
- Develop, maintain, and update **project plans**, schedules, and timelines, adjusting as needed to meet project goals.
- Coordinate with **designers**, **developers**, and **sales teams** to ensure project milestones are achieved and deliverables are met.
- Conduct **kick-off meetings**, provide **progress updates**, and organize **final review sessions** with internal teams and clients.
- **Client Communication**:
- Act as the main **point of contact** for clients throughout the project, addressing any questions or concerns and managing expectations.
- Provide **regular updates** on project status, including progress, milestones, and potential issues.
- Collect and document **client feedback**, ensuring that all requirements and revisions are effectively incorporated.
- **Task Coordination**:
- Assign and track **tasks and responsibilities** within the project team, ensuring clarity on roles and deadlines.
- Manage **project resources**, including team members and tools, to ensure all project needs are met efficiently.
- Address and resolve **project issues** or conflicts proactively, finding solutions to keep projects on track.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Implement **quality checks** to ensure all deliverables meet Hanso’s standards and client specifications before final submission.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain detailed and accurate **project documentation**, including plans, progress reports, and client communications.
- Prepare and present **project reports** to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Foster a **collaborative environment** within the team, ensuring effective communication and cooperation across departments.
- Support team members in **achieving project goals** and providing guidance where needed.
