**Job Description**:
To serve the needs of the business, our guests, the media and our colleagues by leading all Marketing and PR activities for the MH Africa Cluster, working closely with the hotel teams and MH Corporate Office, with the objective of keeping the MH Africa portfolio front of mind, assisting to drive revenue and helping the MH Africa region to achieve its commercial objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
- 5-10 years’ experience in Marketing and Communications in a Corporate environment.
- Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting results;
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges

- Excellent leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead broad teams in a fast changing environment
- This role is based at the Regional Offices in Johannesbur
