As an Executive Search and Career Consultant specializing in the niche market of Supply Chain and Finance, we represent some of the top leaders and are called upon by blue chip organizations in the country to secure talent and assist them in building high performance teams.

A leading accounting and tax practice specialising in managing deceased estates and handling tax matters related to deceased individuals are looking for a Tax Practitioner to be based at their offices in Pretoria.

**Responsibilities**:
Import transactions from bank statements into SAGE
- Utilize SAGE for the preparation of financial statements
- Assist in the preparation of reports for Trust Financial Statements
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns for deceased estates and Trusts
- Manage correspondence with SARS regarding estate reporting
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and supporting documentation
- Ensure all documentation on client files is accurate and readily available
- Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance with applicable legislation

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field
- A professional qualification as a “Tax Practitioner” or “Tax Technician” would be ideal

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with South African tax laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- High level of accuracy
- Previous experience in accounting or tax-related roles is an advantage
- Experience with CIPC is an advantage
