We are looking for an up-and-coming, driven and ambitious **Production Assistant **to join our Production Team or TTL.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Following up on outstanding invoices
- Issuing purchase orders for suppliers
- Briefing Creatives/DTP
- Checking specs
- Sourcing of litho/silkscreen/large format digital/short run digital print/pad printing for above-the-line and below-the line (including POS and promo items)
- Loading art work for print
- Checking and approving printer proofs
- Colour passing if required
- Checking of quality of products prior to delivery
- Ensuring print deadlines are met
- Instructing packing/kit packing and distribution
- Follow up on POD’s
- Briefing suppliers, chasing for costs, typing cost estimates-usually obtaining at least 3 quotes
- Including internal costings on cost estimates
- Monitor the actual costs against the cost estimate as the job progresses, advising client service if there is an additional cost
- Improving efficiency and minimizing costs
- Liaising with client service/traffic to advise on problems/delays/changes to specs
- Conduct status and pre
- production meetings with suppliers

Account Executive duties include but are not limited to:

- Taking briefs and facilitating creative work
- Assisting briefs and facilitating creative work
- Maintaining good client relations

**Mi**n**i**mu**m**relevan**t**experience and skills/attributes required**:

- 3+ years’ experience
- Agency experience highly advantageous
- Strong Admin skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Able to work in a team but also able to work independently
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to be firm but not rude
- Valid driver’s license and own transport essential
- Degree or diploma in the following fields: Communications, Marketing, Advertising
- Must have Print knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of printing processes and timelines.
- Knowledge of prop building / construction
- Manage campaign timelines, production, delivery, installations and images.
- Must have a hands-on approach to physically assist supplier with completing a campaign at times.
