**Job Purpose**
- Analyse, design and implement automated solutions for the organisation in line with SAP best practice.
- Investigate and propose enhancements which will result in improved performance.**Responsibilities**:

- Responds to customers with the appropriate level of urgency.
- Manage own work and time to achievement of project/deliverables.
- Demonstrates an understanding of how SAP software, services, products and solutions add value to the business.
- Actively support other team members on projects as well as SAP internal tasks.
- Provide input to highlight inter dependencies between projects and support.- Provide direction on all aspects of SAP systems and integration thereof.
- Identify and Mitigate risk.
- Drive problem resolution.
- Involved in pre
- project planning e.g., determining scope and solution.
- Keep up to date on Nedbank strategy and SAP technologies.
- Accountable for own activities and performance.
- Effectively resolves complex problems using creative approaches outside area of expertise.
- Maintain and sharing team knowledge.
- Coach and mentor other resources in technical preparation of SAP Process Procedures, test scenarios, end-user documentation and user manuals.
- Play a role in the recruitment of new consultants.
- Participate in Nedbank Culture building initiatives
- Add value to Nedbank by identifying and recommending opportunities to enhance processes, systems and policies and support implementation of new processes, policies and systems.**Essential Qualifications - NQF Level**
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Preferred Qualification- Bcom/IS/IT ENG/BSc/Com Science related degree**Preferred Certifications**
- Preferably certified in more than one SAP module / ASAP & Solution Manager certifications**Minimum Experience Level**
- Minimum 8-10 years SAP Functional experience, specifically CML/Loans Management
- Minimum 8-10 years business and systems analysis experience
- Minimum 8-10 years testing experience**Technical / Professional Knowledge**
