**What You'll Be Cooking Up**:
**1.Strategic Development Initiatives**:

- Craft and execute strategic plans to fuel the growth and expansion of the KFC franchise group.
- Scout out new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes to make informed strategic moves.
- Team up with senior leadership to sync development initiatives with our big-picture goals.

**2.Continuous Development Pipeline**:

- Keep a robust development pipeline flowing with exciting projects and initiatives.
- Lead the charge on planning, executing, and delivering development projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects hit deadlines, stay within budget, and meet top-notch quality standards.

**3.PMO Leadership**:

- Lead and inspire a team of PMO pros, offering guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Set and uphold PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Track and report on project performance, pinpointing areas for improvement and making it happen.

**4.Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including franchisees, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Keep stakeholders in the loop with clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Foster collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams.

**5.Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used wisely.
- Monitor project spending and find ways to save costs where possible.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior leadership.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- 15+ years in senior development/project management position.
- Proven success in strategic initiatives and pipeline management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
