**Creditors Controller Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the work of the Creditors clerk
- Monthly Review of Supplier Recons, ensuring that each Supplier balances to the Age analysis, AP Balance (Detailed Ledger) and General Ledger
- Assisting with any issues with Supplier accounts relating to invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Oversee that Invoices have been matched correctly
- Ensure Financial Policies & Procedures are adhered to
- Oversee that the VAT has been applied correctly to expense and Supplier invoices raised
- Ensure monthly Payments are submitted to the manager Timeously in order for the payments to be loaded and released on time
- Review Terms and Conditions of Credit Applications
- Ensure all Contracts & Agreements with Suppliers are properly saved and easy to access

**Requirements**:

- Experience with leadership roles and display problem-solving capabilities
- Intermediate Computer & Excel skills
- Experience with Acumatica or an ERP System (Not Essential - Training will be provided)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with Employees, Superiors, and Suppliers
- Strong analytical and time management skill

**Education**:

- Garde 12 or Equivalent
- Diploma in Financial Accounting or relevant accounting courses
- 5 or more Years of experience in Accounts payable & The Accounting Field

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)
