- **Responsibilities**:_
- 1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- 2. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals)
- 3. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- 5. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close deals
- 6. Collaboration: Work closely with teams (e.g., marketing, customer success) to drive sales growth
- 7. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices to continuously improve sales performance

**Requirments Essential**
- Proven sales experience (at least 2-3 years)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Microsoft Offica Suite

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in the [industry/sector] industry
- Knowledge of Bigen's products and services
- Additional language skills (e.g., Afrikaans, isiZulu)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (preferred)
