**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
Essential responsibilities and duties

The main missions of the role are:

- Run reports in SAP, update reports and distribute to relevant parties
- Maintain Customer orders in relevant portals
- Escalate any customer order errors to relevant support departments and ensure that errors are cleared
- Update customer order fulfillment reports and graphs
- Track customer orders against program volumes and forecasts to ensure customers order as forecasted
- Responsible for administration with regards to exports
- Extract and manipulate data and update Inventory accuracy reports and graphs
- Support any other activities in PC&L from time to time as required

Qualifications and position requirements

Minimum education level:

- National diploma in logistics or related qualification
Experience:

- Experience in SAP and Excel
Skills and competencies:

- Literate in MS Excel and SAP
