**You’re perfect for this position if you**:

- Have a marketing or media degree or diploma is preferred. However, applicants with a strong portfolio and relevant experience will also be considered
- Have strong attention to detail and a passion for multimedia production
- Are proficient in using social media management tools
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are familiar with the Adobe suite of apps, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Have experience with videography, video editing and working with audio files
- Are familiar with animation software
- Have a broad understanding of storytelling techniques
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
- Have a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
- Have a proactive and solution-orientated approach to problem-solving

**Extra points if you**:

- Have experience with creating animations
- Have experience conducting interviews
- Are familiar with photography

**Your role and responsibilities**:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:

- Video production: Recording and conducting interviews with business directors and other key personnel, ensuring high-quality footage that aligns with our brand standards
- Video editing: Editing recorded footage into engaging promotional videos that tell a compelling story and drive our marketing objectives
- Podcast editing: Manage the post-production process for our podcasts, ensuring clear audio and a professional final product
- Audio editing: Working with and editing audio files to ensure they meet the required quality standards for our multimedia projects
- Animation creation: Producing animated marketing materials, including website banners and social media content, to enhance our digital presence
- Graphic design assistance: Assisting with the creation of visual content, including graphics for social media, marketing materials and presentations, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
- Providing support to the marketing manager, graphic designer, and social media specialist
