As a Store Supervisor for our LEGO® Certified Store you are the face of our company. You and your team will determine our brand’s reputation with each customer interaction. We are looking for individuals who can motivate, energize and inspire others to outstanding performance while cultivating a positive, team-oriented, safety-first environment. Our LEGO® Certified Store strives to foster relationships with our customers and team members that transcend generations and are as timeless as the products we sell.

- Demonstrate results orientation by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators, overcoming obstacles and uncertainty, monitoring business processes, maintaining impeccable merchandising and cleanliness standards and maximizing efficiency and profit by maintaining sound operational practices
- Be a role model for customer experience by ensuring the execution of our service model, maximizing repeat business by creating, inspiring and coaching sales assistants to consistently deliver exceptional branded experiences
- Lead your team and communicate through active coaching and performance management, inspire your team to deliver signature experiences, and ensure continuous learning by providing continuous product knowledge and service training
- Demonstrate collaboration by working effectively with your manager, peers, partners and others to drive big-picture business performance and create a positive, cooperative working environment
- VERY independent, self-driven and motivated, must not need hand-holding or micro-management; sales focussed and detail oriented, demonstrated leadership skills in a similar environment, can lead and motivate a team

**Do you have what it takes to lead a team who can inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?**
- Experience with the following:

- At least three years of supervisory experience in a retail environment
- Point of Sale systems
- Loss prevention and cash management
- Daily store procedures and operations (opening, closing, merchandising, inventory management, stock counts, etc)
- Managing scheduling, dealing with staff issues, dealing with difficult customers
- Performance management and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge and understanding of LEGO and LEGO products

Other important pre-requisites for applicants:

- Must have reliable transport/ means of getting to work
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19, and be able to provide a certificate (we have a fully vaccinated team)
- Must have a matric certificate
- Must have reliable, contactable references
- Must be comfortable with us doing a credit and criminal check which is part of our process )
- Must be comfortable working with children

**Salary**: R8,500.00 - R11,500.00 per month
