**Finance Administrator,** experienced in conducting financial, business administration and compliance related duties.
**A.** **THE ORGANISATION**
Pro Optima Audit Services is a growing practice rendering internal audit services (on both an outsourcing and co-sourcing basis), internal control consulting, contract management services and business process analysis projects since 1997 and employs qualified professionals covering a variety of specialized areas.
- Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements will be disqualified for the advertised as well as future postings

**B.** **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or Degree in finance or accounting is advantageous
- At least five years finance and administrative experience
**C.** **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES**
- Sage Accounting Online
- Sage Payroll Online
- Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange
- General IT hardware and software knowledge
- Tax submissions and queries
- General administration
- Understanding of taxes, including Income Tax, VAT, PAYE and Dividends Tax
- Understanding of labor laws relating to leave
- Understanding of how Payroll taxes are applied
**Salary**: From R180,000.00 per year
