- Reports to SALES MANAGER REGIONALLY AND EXCO- OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSITION:
- Within the overall strategic objective of the company, the Sales Representative will:
- Acquiring new business- Implement sales strategies aligned to meet sales targets- Maintaining excellence in customer relations- Cold Call and generate leads- Be responsible for the full sales of the Nelspruit region against budgeted target margin- KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Develop and implement sales, customers and new business- Excellent Product Knowledge- Effective customer service skills- Expert knowledge of sales territories and how to attract business- Analysis of market trends and cold call potential customers- Generate Sales Leads- Understand pricing, quotations and be able to generate such- Prepare reports and sales statics- Drafting of sales procedures- Sales Administration thereof- Must be dynamic and a people’s person- Handle difficult customers- Be sales and customer orientated- Ability to achieve a marginal target-
**Inherent Requirements**
- QUALIFICATIONS: Sales & Marketing qualification or equivalent- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3-5-year experience in a Sales role with a proven track record- Excellent people manager- Direct selling- Retail hardware knowledge and experience- Knowledge of the building industry a must- Knowledge in the roofing industry- Knowledge of Paint will be advantageous- COMPUTER PACKAGES/ OTHER:
- Fully computer literate Skynamo.- Must have reliable vehicle for work purposes- A valid drivers licence- BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to sell and maintain sales business
- Advanced selling skills
- Great negotiator- Have the ability to knock on doors and call on customers to buy the product- Have a proven sales track record**What Qualification**
