Our global client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their dynamic and ever growing team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Creating estimates for clients and raising orders for suppliers
- Fulfilling client orders and ensuring these are billed
- Day-to-day management of non-technical client details on systems
- Generating and sending asset lists to clients on a monthly basis
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Creating customer reports
- Monitoring the Service Desk case queue and grabbing cases
- Driving open queries through to timely resolution
- Assisting with Identifying continual service improvement opportunities
- Adoption of, and contribution to processes and procedures to support working practices
- Assisting the SDTL with the delivering of and driving of the groups KPI’s across the SDT

- Enthusiasm and passion to deliver exceptional client service
- An eye to detail and high standard of presentation of work
- Excellent communication skills across all media
- Ability to prioritise (important vs urgent)
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks while not being distracted from key priorities
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive through to a resolution
- Exposure to products and services supported by the Service Desk
- Very good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
