**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Barista Training & Support**:

- Train and mentor baristas in coffee preparation, latte art, and customer service.
- Educate clients on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques.
- Maintain quality control standards across all coffee products.

**Technical Service & Equipment Maintenance**:

- Install, service, and repair espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site or remote support to clients.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
- Keep records of equipment repairs and service history.

**Customer & Business Support**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Assist with equipment demonstrations and sales when needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in coffee technology.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of barista experience** in a specialty coffee setting.
- Proven experience in **servicing and repairing coffee equipment** (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of **coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation**.
- Ability to **train and mentor** baristas at various skill levels.
- Technical aptitude with electrical and mechanical components.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to client locations for installations and repairs.
- A valid driver’s license.
