- 3 years Adv: Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics

What the person must be able to do:
This role is in the Automotive Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.
- Program robot and adjust programs
- PLC and Electrical Maintenance
- Mechanical Maintenance
- Inspections and Preventative Maintenance
- Fault-finding and diagnostics

Key Job Deliverables:

- Ensure robots are correctly programmed
- Optimise Paint Robot uptime
- Speed fault resolution

Qualifications & Background work experience:

- Instrumentation, Electronics or Millwright related Qualification
- Working knowledge of painting robots - configuration, programming and maintenance
- An understanding of robot programming and ideally working knowledge on Mitsubishi PLCs
- Diagnostics and repairs on paint robots
- Adv: Knowledge of mechanical robots maintenance or an ability to pick up mechanicals
- Advantageous: Specific experience with Durr robots
