**Job Purpose**:
The role focuses on organizing and implementing various training and development activities. The aim is to ensure the competency of all nursing staff through induction, training, and risk assessments across different private and government health facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client visits across private, public, and homecare settings.
- Perform regular reporting and documentation.
- Update and maintain care plans.
- Exhibit strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate excellent patient care experience.
- Proactively prevent or limit risks.
- Understand and address client needs effectively.
- Maintain robust communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
- Showcase strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Display excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Required: Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
- Preferred: Nursing Education Diploma; specific unit certificates or diplomas (e.g., Emergency Centre, Operating Theatre, Critical Care Unit).
- Essential: Minimum 2 years of Clinical Experience as a professional nurse.
- Desired: 1-2 years of experience in peer mentoring or as a workplace assessor.

**Other Requirements**:

- Basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to travel with a valid driver's license.
