**Requirements**:

- A recognized tertiary-level qualification with at least eight years post-qualification HR/IR experience preferably

in a mining environment
- Proven track record with CCMA representation and other elements of conflict management
- Strong background in development and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures.
- Managing and guidance regarding labour relations, including engagement and negotiations with trade unions
- Solid experience in developing and managing performance management system
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical, negotiation and administrative skills
- Advanced computer literacy in MS Office
