Ensure orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated and packed per job correctly
Ensure that all relevant information has been received per order
Ensure Qty, quality and sizes are correct against work order/ PPO
Ensure that orders are correct against source documents
Monitor workload and communicate with manager if workload is too much to remain dynamic
Manage and maintain space requirements and work area at all times
Do constant quality checks to ensure orders are branded and packed correctly
Ensure that orders are delivered on time and in full
Ensure when orders go out, that the packing is at C&R standards - meaning that the box is not damaged, the taping of the box is not coming off, the box is not bulging and bursting and that the strapping is not breaking the box - the box needs to be neat and tidy and clearly marked with a sticker and correct paperwork
Update management constantly of any changes, delays or discrepancies.
All necessary documents to be issued to relevant picker/ packer along with the order
Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
Always ensure that the packing area is kept clean and neat
Make sure that consumables are not being wasted
Complete orders to be delivered in line with required deadlines
All records to be checked timeously by person in charge
This is a guideline but note that should your assistance be required in other areas; you may be asked to assist
Liaise constantly with management and relay any feedback pertaining to delays, damages, shortages, or non-deliveries
Reuse consumables and packing material where possible
Minimise expenses and sweat assets to meet and exceed targets
Issue jobs to packers in advance as the schedule requires
Ensure that packers have sufficient workload for the day
Allocate cleaning time daily to packing team
Approve all overtime requirements with management

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Computer literate
Excellent knowledge of Sync
Good personal presentation
Administrative skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Work under minimum supervision
