Technical Advisor

To provide support and technical advice where specialized knowledge is required to resolve problems, and enhance skill levels of customers and support staff

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

- Qualified Technician
- Valid driver’s licence

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

- 5 Years related experience after qualification, including management exposure

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

- Technical support to technicians and mechanisation employees
- Training
- Customer service
- Reporting

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES

- Good knowledge of AFGRI’s product range
- Computer literacy (MS Office and job related programs)
- Good verbal expression and communication skills
- Coaching and training skills
