The GenAI Capability Lead is a key leadership role responsible for spearheading the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions across the account. This individual will work closely with our creative, strategy, and technology teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance our services, drive efficiency, and generate innovative outcomes for our clients. **What You'll be Doing**: **Embedding & Optimising Pencil Usage** - Actively triaging new briefs for potential Pencil usage across disciplines and impacts to each role - Driving ongoing education/updates to the team around use cases, top tips, what to know, encouraging sharing of techniques and work created globally (workshops/geek outs) - Documenting and updating teams with changes to Legal and Ethics Guidelines - Documenting WOWs (admin processes, approvals QC, etc.) - Leading ongoing training, deep dive, and optimization sessions to ensure broader education and increase awareness **Qualitatively Proving Out Pencil: Collating Weekly / Monthly Best In Class** - Sharing "best of best" with tips on how it impacts internal teams - Sharing client-facing versions of the same - Building Pencil project case studies for external/internal use **Quantitative Operational Effectiveness: Capturing Data to Prove Out Impact of Pencil** - Work with Global Ops Team to bring new Efficiency KPI metric into MIs along with helping to build a narrative for teams - Collating generation data - Work with the Global Ops Team to identify new data that can be captured as our reporting capabilities improve, along with building robust processes to collect this data in OMG Building a Pencil-specific MI that can be used in Global QBRs - Work with the Global Ops Team to align reporting and tracking of Pencil efficiencies with the values provided in the 2025 scoping proposals **Driving the future: Understanding/communicating Pencil dev roadmap** - Communicating how this will impact our WoW and where it can be leveraged - Advocating for Pencil roadmap updates - Communicating roadmap updates to teams and clients **What You'll Need**: - 8+ Years Experience with large-scale enterprise digital transformation programs - Proven ability to influence change and make tangible improvements - Ability to gather requirements, validate and turn them into actionable plans - Ability to gather data from a variety of tools and contribute to meaningful reports demonstrating the impact of AI - Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of management, including senior leaders - Empathetic leader, digital transformation is as much about the people as the technology Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies - Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is crucial - the ability to learn and digest the benefits and features of AI tools is critical **Why Join Us?** - Be at the forefront of integrating AI into creative innovation. - Collaborate with a diverse team of talented professionals dedicated to pushing creative boundaries. - Drive meaningful change and deliver cutting-edge
