This role requires you to take responsibility for the end-to-end process of booking air including managing the reservation, ticketing and ARC reconciliation. You will be serving the requirements of all Travelopia North America businesses including Quark, TCS and Yachts.

**What you will be doing**:

- Use all available systems but principally Amadeus to obtain the best flights and fares to meet the businesses requirements - ad-hoc and groups.
- Use detailed airline net/negotiated/published fare contracts.
- Use expert fares knowledge to drive the lowest possible rate on all itineraries seeking fare combinations where relevant.
- Co-ordinate the group booking process including obtaining best rates, holding space, time limits, release back, naming and ticketing.
- Provide a courteous and efficient service to all our customers, at all times.
- Issuing and reissuing tickets for both published and net fares.
- Processing any changes/cancellations to bookings as required.
- Ensure all ticketing deadlines are met
- Take full ownership for resolving errors and recovering costs associated with ADM’s.
- Managing all queue’s daily within the GDS, ensuring all PNR’s are actioned and customers notified of any changes where applicable.
- Keep up to date with all work related product and service updates.
- Attend any training sessions with product and system suppliers that are relevant, ensuring current and best practice are followed at all times.

**What you will be doing**:

- Organised and logical approach with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload and work under pressure and to deadlines
- High levels of initiative and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Customer focused, driving to exceed customer expectations

- Team player with flexible attitude
- Attention to detail, with a good administrative background.
- Previous experience in making complicated flight (ad hoc & group) bookings
- Must have GDS experience, preferably Amadeus
- Excellent geographical and airline knowledge
- Experience in ticketing, including reissues and refunds
- A flexible approach to working hours as there may be out of hours coverage required, on an ad-hoc basis
