**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for beverage and resale vending machines
- To ensure at all times that Company and Statutory regulations of Health & Safety Act are adhered to
- To order stock according to the correct Company ordering procedure ( My Market )
- To maintain correct stock levels at all times
- Responsible for receiving and issuing of stock - vending and free issues
- To take stock
- To maintain all controls as prescribed
- Daily costings
- Manage self in a high pressurised environment
- Adhere to deadlines
- Handling and responsible of store and vending keys
- Customer complaints

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong Admin skills, with attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and as a team member
- Excellent hygiene, health and safety standards
- My Market / Computer literate
- Flexible in terms of working hours
- Storekeeping experience
- Vending experience
- Proven financial skills - cash handling
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent customer relations

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
